Activities
KALLCO PROJECT deals with projects that are of relevance in terms of urban development and housing policy. We emphasize mixed use and combination of working and housing; multi-generational living; and high indoor health quality. Office and commercial buildings with high architectural standards are also an important part of our program. Together with our affiliate KALLCO CONSTRUCT, more than 40 highly qualified employees work in development, project management, construction controlling, and site supervision.
